What's Going On?
This pharmaceutical company wanted to self-introduce to the public via social media as a pharmaceutical and chemical company. We helped Merck Indonesia strengthen its brand awareness by creating a digital CRM program KlikHati; a program that encourages social movement to have bigger impact to society using social media. While in 2011, KlikHati began to increase the awareness of social movements and inspired many people to start one, KlikHati’s second campaign in 2013 concentrates more on how to maintain and make social movements to sustain in the midst of such campaigns in social media.
In 3 years, KlikHati helped the growth of hundreds of new social movement programs. Few movement became strong and famous such as Akademi Berbagi, Blood4Life, Akademi Berkebun etc. Lately, this campaign itself was being supported by many social movement organizations, aside from the ones that Klik Hati had already supported.
KlikHati also won best Digital PR 2012 from Marketing Mix Magazine and its website become the benchmark for digital communications worldwide of Merck Company.
The increase in visits to Merck's corporate website up to 1500% in 3 months and Merck website appears in the first recommendation Google related keyword for 'Pharmaceutical Company’ and ‘Chemical Company'.
